Huseyin Erkan

Ms. Erkan is Chairman & CEO of the Istanbul Stock Exchange, he is Chairman of the ISE Settlement and Custody Bank (TAKASBANK), he is president of the federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges (FEAS), he is Chairman of The World Federation of Exchanges Working Committee and he is a member of the World Federation of Exchanges Board of Directors.
Erkan Huseyin has been Chief Advisor to the Board of Konya Sugar Company, General Manager of Ticaret Securities ,Executive Vice Chairman of the Istanbul Stock Exchange, research analyst on a retainer basis for bankers trust and Partner and Deputy Chairman to Tezal Securities.
He graduated from New York University Stern business school with a B.S. degree in economics (1981) and an MBA in the fields of international business and finance (1984) with a thesis project on currency risk management at the United Nations development program (UNDP).
