Mustafa Kaplan

Mr. Kaplanpresident is president of KOSGEB and chairman of ESIM CORPORATION which is an affiliate of KOSGEB.
In 1997, he started to work in Bogazici University technology development center at KOSGEB and in 2003 he became manager of Istanbul Ikitelli small business development center. In 2006 he became deputy manager of Istanbul Ikitelli laboratory center and in 2008 he appointed acting president of small and medium industry development organisation of Turkey. Mr. Kaplan has worked on EU and World Bank projects and participates seminars and conferences concerning SMEs and entrepreneurship.
He graduated from electronics engineering at Istanbul University, he attended a master degree from human resources management department of business administration faculty and a Ph.d studies at Istanbul University.
