Nabil El Jisr

Mr. El Jisr is president of CDR (Council for Development and Reconstruction), Beirut–Lebanon.
From 2005 to 2006, El Jisr was advisor for the lebanese Prime Minister, from 1998 to 2005 he was director for an international contracting company in Saudi Arabia and from 1995 to 1998 he was president of the council for development and reconstruction.
Nabil El Jisr holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the University of Tennessee and diploma from the national honors society of civil engineers.
